In which the specific situation as a marketing manager I would suggest company to focus on creating Global approach for selling their product. For improving the sales company can sell it via different website such as eBay or Amazon as this website has its been reached at Global scale and can be sold to the international markets as well.

I would need to collect the report on the total sales figure as well as availability of the specific customer behaviour in different parts of Europe. By focusing on creating profit strategy in having statistical analysis of different places I would gather information regarding response of the customers at different places and combine them into single report and then later presented to the senior management for analysis.

First action would be focusing on creating online advertisement availability on social media platforms in Europe and surrounding countries. By using social media advertisement tools such as Facebook and other social media platforms I would implement different aspects of videos and outliers which would leave a positive impact on customers understanding and increase the level of implementation for creating a positive impact on the buying behaviour of the customer.

Presentation of this information to the senior management would be based on the graphs and charts divided into different location and availability of the customer demand. Each and every region would be divided into separate slide and the total customer buying behaviour as well as the payment capacity and competitors would also be available on the same presentation.
