PLEASE READ CAREFULLY,

Conduct an internet search (google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.), to find a diversity plan of a national (as opposed to local or regional) company.

After reading it, create a post that tells us who the company is, and share something specific about it that you found surprising or interesting.

At the end of your post, paste the url that we could follow if we wanted to see the plan ourselves. (When you are on the webpage that contains the plan, go to the address bar and right-click; that should allow you to copy the url and then paste it into your post.)

PLEASE MAKE IT YOUR OWN RESEARCH, PLEASE DO NOT RESUBMIT ANOTHER STUDENT WORK YOU DID BEFORE. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Answer 1) The company which I am talking about it McDonalds because I find this company working in a very diversified way. McDonalds is a company which is famous for its snacks and that special taste which is famous all around the globe. The company started its operation in 1955 in California, United States from the day of their foundation the company growing at a very fast pace every year. McDonalds as a fast food burger store is now available in 118 countries and this number is also increasing. Let's talk about how McDonalds is working on making customers attracted all over the globe with their diversified plans:

1) The diversity plan I am talking about McDonald is, McDonalds as a store when started operations it was never known as a store where people would like to sit and order the food. McDonalds store is not famous for hanging out, sitting and enjoying but this nature is only applicable in English countries whereas in Asia McDonalds are very huge in size people in Asians countries like to enjoy the moment while sitting in the store and eating the snacks. So this is how McDonalds changed their way of working when they started working at global level. This is a unique way of satisfying the customers.

2) McDonalds as a brand is famous for burger but do you know that they serve different kind of burgers in different regions? The sources says that McDonalds serve Pork burgers/hamburgers in Asian countries, whereas in Islamic countries demand of beef is more so McDonalds serves beef burgers in Islamic countries and in countries like India there is ban on Pork and beef selling openly so in India McDonalds only sell Chicken and Egg items only

3) Combo pack. In some countries McDonalds have plans to sell burgers, snacsk separately because customers don’t find combos beneficial. But in countries like India McDonalds most selling items are combo packs only. People in India purchase 65% combos rather than purchasing seprate items and in some countries this ration is completely opposite. Don’t you find it interesting?
