You are dispatched to a disturbance in one of the parking lots. A group of males was causing a disturbance earlier in the bar. One of the bouncers was offended by one of the males in the group. The bouncer went home and got his friends to come back with him to confront the group of males and 'get even'. The bouncers all have weapons with them. What do you do and why?*
Many people might face the same issue as in the current scenario. The first thing that the third person has to keep in mind is to stay calm. By staying calm, the person can think of better ideas, and make better decisions. It will also help the person not to panic, and think effectively. The second thing is not to support a single side because the third person does not know who is right and wrong. The person should inform the cops about the situation to handle it better than the person himself. The person can also hide behind the car or any vehicle to ensure his/her safety. The person has no right to get in the middle of the fight because it is not advisable to take the law in one’s own hands. It is always better to inform the concerned authorities. The cops will have a better knowledge to handle such situations and conflicts. The person can also hit the emergence button or the fire alarm button to disturb the parking lot, and the bar to use the exit. The two parties might also use the exit and end the fight after listening to the alarm. Hence, it can also temporarily stop the dispute. The key to a better decision is to stay calm and composed. It will help the third person to make an efficient decision and choice.
