The outer game describes the game played in the mind in which
the dedication and focus are the obstacles to be mastered. without
forcing the body and the mind to achieve the goal there is an
easier way to achieve that is intelligence of the body and the mind
express .By developing the inner game by expanding their it will
lead to grow their outer game as well.
The outer game has four hats :The leadership hat ,manager
hat,coach hat,the team player hat. As a leader all the four hats to
be wear any instant of time which indicates what is possible, what
is the plan, what is the next play, what is my promise
respectively. The outer game of the leadership includes leadership
competencies, like developing the managerial and technical skill,
required to accomplish the goal. Most effort to implement mastery

The inner game includes the leader meanings making system. The
