Allow windows to manage homegroup connection (recommended).
Turn on sharing so anyone with network access can read and write files in the public folders.

1. Check your network connectivity.

2. Verify your DNS server IP addresses are correct and in correct order.

3. Find out what DNS server is being used with nslookup.

4. Check your DNS suffix
