The Authoritative responsibility of the organizations and the parameters of observing them is dependent on the way the project is working or the use of the business. Management style in which an individual has total decision-making power and absolute control over his subordinates is the authority’s leadership style. The authoritarian leader makes decisions on policies, procedures, and group objectives with little or no input from his or her team members or followers.

  • Leaders make decisions with little or no participation or creative input from their followers or team members. The use of the parameters is to be taken within the organization to make the needful leaders and decision-making style.
  • Leaders independently preside over policies and processes have to make sure the people are well acquainted with it.
  • Group members are always directly supervised by the leader to make sure the employees are well taken care of and also make the organizational needs.

So the people’s views are to be taken in this encounter which is pertinent and made the needed changes in the structure. The parameter for a good autocratic leader in an otherwise democratic set up comes with the needs like the parameters as below:
