It can lead to organizational success through Expertise, creativity, task motivation and creativity skills.

Creativity within the organization brings self discipline, improves cognitive flexibility and intellectual independence along with reducing the frustration levels at work.

Motivations such as rewards, recognition and feedback enhances some aspects of performance.
