If you are working on a career portfolio how do you feel this portfolio will assist you in finding the best career fit after completion of your degree? What are some things you can add or you feel would be beneficial to your job search besides what is already listed for you? Please explain your answer.

Career portfolio is not a resume, it was the visual representation of our personal skills, abilities, qualities, experiences and also educational qualification which was used to apply for a job.

To find a job after the completion of our degree career portfolio is one of the important criterion because without that we cannot approach any organisation. In my portfolio I clearly mentioned each and every aspect of my educational qualifications, previous work experiences and one of the important thing I.e., communication skills which helps me to find the best job. I clearly explained each and every events which was being happened in my life. I was confident about my portfolio that which helps me to find a best career.

A well arranged career portfolio helps to find the best career. I feel that I should add some of the beneficial things which makes a perfect portfolio. I would like to include.

• Performance reviews are the reviews which was given by the co-employees or the previous office management. Reviews which are gained during the academics for the best performance.
• In my career I had owned many awards and honours for the best performances, extra curricular activities and some seminars.
• During my academics I had participated in some voluntary services like national credit corps etc.
• I had written some articles which would be helpful in our career so that I would like to include those newspapers clippings also which will be extra beneficial.
• Some of the project summaries.
