answer

blood pathway  from right hand to posterior brain - the basilic veins orginates from dorsal vemous plexus of hand and ascends the medial aspect of upper limb. at the level teres major muscles , it combines with brachial veins from deep venous system to form axillary vein . these vessels forms subclavian veins , which joines with internal and external jugular veins to form superior vena cava . this will drain into right atrium of heart , from here blood pases to right ventricle , then into the pulmonary arteries into the lungs for puirfication or oxygenation of blood . after purification blood passes through pulmonary veins into the left atrium and into the left ventricle. from here blood through ascending aorta , arch of aorta , then into right brahiocephalic trunk and then right coomon carotid artery. left common carotid artery orginates directly from arch of aorta . vertebral arteries from each side subclavian arteries ascends into the brain, internal carotid artery also go inside the skull. and these major blood vessels btranches form anastomosis at the base of brain , known as circle of willis

blood circulation in foetus is different from adults , fetus uses two shunts for blood circulation because the organs are not mature enough. the umbilical vein within the umbilical cord transmits pure blood with oxygen got from mother's blood through placenta .most of this blood goes through a shunt known as ductus venosus which connects directly to the right atrium so that by passes liver. from right atrium most of the blood goes directly to left atrium through a anatomical opening known as foramen ovale , remaining blood flow into the right ventricle and into the lungs . the lungs are not functioning during intrautrerine life , the blood from these vessels are connected with aorta ,known as ductus arteriosus. so that they supply lower parts of body . from the left ventricles the pure bloods goes into the aorta and they supply the vital organs like heart , brain . the impure blood passing through the descending aorta are passed through two umbilical arteries presnts within the umbilical cord in to the placenta and get pured. this circulation continues.
