What kind of people would do well working for Infosys? Do you think, for instance, that you would need a good understanding of international business to do well in Infosys? (250 words).

In my opinion, I order to work effectively in the MNC such as Infosys, it is important for every employee to have some sort of basic understanding of international business. This becomes more evident for the company such as Infosys that has a wide presence all over the world. The company does everything to attract and retain the brightest young talent and thus it is important for the employees to be successful in their respective roles to gain some basic information about branding, entrepreneurship, economies of scale, global sourcing, and so on.

In my opinion, the individuals who can work well in the organizational set up of Infosys are the engineers and the candidates who have an interest in Information systems, software development, and programming, and business management. In fact, anyone who has the skill set required by the company can find himself a good position in Infosys as the company has a wider global presence. The company has a manpower strength of  175,000+ worldwide. Huge funds are allocated to the research and development activities of the company and on its manpower. The company has the world's largest training institute in the form of Infosys Leadership Institute where the future employees of the company are trained and groomed to be ready to face the competitive world of international business and software. In this institute, the employees are also trained on the basic concepts of international business as these people may be posted in foreign locations by the company whenever it is required.
