Answer) Problems or issues that may be experienced when staffing a project are as follows-

1-) Fluctuaing workforce - In any project, the work is always not Stable. In some season days ,the work pressure is more giving Employees a lot of stress and the feeling that they are doing extra work and in some days , when the work pressure is less ,and the company may feel that the Employees are overpaid.

To manage and resolve this issue, Organisations can hire freelancers or temporary workforce in the season days , so that the productivity does not suffer and the company can also meet demand on time.

2-) Difficult in Finding qualified Employees- It is difficult to find the right talent in the market with the right qualifications. There are a lot of restrictions such as immigration laws, recognising the right talent from a pool of candidates etc.

This problem could be solved and managed by hiring a staffing agency who can do the work for the company. They will be incharge of finding the right talent for the project.

3-) Pay differences in staff - It is possible that every Employee should get different remuneration basis on their skill or experience. This can create various type of emotions such as jealousy or envy which can harm the productivity.

To manage and resolve the issues, project head should have a rule that no one would be allowed to disclose their pay structure and it will be considered as an violation of company policies.

I have faced the issue when Employees over time loose the commitment to work. They were responded to by having various types of incentives and motivational programs for the Employees so that turn over rate is less.

It took some research to answer the questions If you can help me with a upvote I would really appreciate it.
