Solution : Stare Decisis is a stated principle of government policy for making decisions over the similar, decided, and same cases of past or history. Means, while making decisions over the similar or decided cases to history, Stare Decisis is a legal policy, or a principle, or an instruction, which commits all the courts to follow the similar decisions made earlier ( mainly in foreign or military affairs ).
How Stare Decisis is relevant to technology ?
For ruling or making any further decisions for the similar cases (as in past), it is advisable to look and guide decisions of the past cases because it is useful for saving time as well as investigating cost. Stare Decisis is helpful for making the common law system efficiently and effectively so that the rationality and stability could be improved. Stare Decisis enables social and economic transactions with confidence for making efficient arbitration under both time and budget constraints.
