Vo2 is the maximum amount of oxygen that our body consume during Exersice to a point where no more energy is left that is the exhaustion of physical strength. The place where the co2 max is reached is the best physical capacity of a person . It can be increased by the increase of Exersice and there by increasing the O2 consumption capacity.
