Why is social enterprise study imperative? What are issues, challenges, concerns, and perturbation(s)?
The main aim of a social enterprise is to maximize the positive social impact in the country or the region apart from the profits that they get to maximize on the whole and that is the reason why it is said that social enterprises are the ones that can lead to increase the the well-being of a country on the whole. this is the reason why one can actually get to say that the study of social enterprise is actually imperative. However there are certain challenges that are concerning the the social enterprises and for instance it can be mentioned that financing a social enterprise for the financing activities are one of the main challenges that they get to face and apart from that lack of proper personnel and lack of willingness to work among the highly qualified workers is also the challenge that the social enterprise actually face and that is the reason why they lack behind many private enterprises. another concern that the social enterprise actually face is the lack of familiarity with the industry and facing the competition levels as many of the industries try to maximize profit and not to maximises social welfare where the social welfare can be even more costly when compared to that of maximizing business activities.
