1.Office ergonomics means identify the best way to provide more comfort to employees while they are working in the office setting. If employers are not concentrate on ergonomics problems, it will affect kn productivity and profitability of the organisation.

For suppose,

In office, if employee is not comfortable with his position or chair or computer or telephone, he will get neck pain or shoulder pain and not able to complete work in correct time, so that productivity will decrease and it will affect on profits.

2. At present, some of the ergonomics solutions are available to employers to reduce stress of their employees and useful to increase productivity and profitability by providing best and comfortable working environment.

For suppose, in office setting, we can use different ergonomic design and products to reduce burden of employees, those are usually adjustable based on body type like pneumatic tools, ergonomic chair, cordless headset, hearing protection devices etc... currently employers are using these ergonomic solutions
