Office ergonomics is an important part of the Employees Health and Safety ( EHS) policies of a business as it directly affects the productivity of employees. Though the factors affecting the office ergonomics look pretty ordinary, their impact is significant enough to affect the productivity at workplace.
Ergonomics involve design of products, processes and systems at the workplace or home to optimse the comfort and efficiency of users.
