Manager is a person who takes the responsibilities of the organisation to achieve the goal. Manager also control and monitor the employees to attain the certain things. He/she would be an expert in their field and managers would always support the employees. Managers will do vital things and give many profits to the organisation. It was the job of the manager to motivate the employees. According to my point of view, without managers an organisation will not be worked and many tasks will be stopped.
We know that managerial experience will be gained in paid jobs because there will be some responsibility on us to attain the goal. In Addition to the paid jobs, managerial experience will be gained by coordination with the employees and sometimes management will be gained by participating in the social activities.
If business executives adhere to the code of ethics they never make a mistake while managing the organisation, sometimes executives will be bribed by another company executives if they follow the code of ethics they never bribed by another company, every thing related to the employees will be done fairly and they always loyal about the organisation growth.
Evidence based management is defined as all the decisions which are related to the organisation will be taken on the combination of critical thinking and best evidence. If organisations are being carried out by the evidence based management then every thing will be done effectively so that organisation will be perfect. If organisation runs perfectly without any flaws then it will be competitive to the other organisations
