The project refers to a set of all those activities, inputs, functions and resources that are required to meet a particular objective or goal. It is not routine in nature, projects can be for long term or short term, but most of the time in organizations, we see projects related to show time duration. After the completion of that objective, it is said that the project has been completed, and all those resources are sent back from where it was been allocated.

yes I would like to be a project manager because it would be a whole different experience for me and it would help me in improving my various skills and knowledge.

First of all, it would help me in improving my leadership skills because it is the project manager who leads the whole project and the team members.

Moreover, I will get to know how to work in a team, how to synchronize and co-ordinate my activities as well as other activities for the attainment of one single goal.

It would also help me gain experience regarding how to complete an objective while getting bind by time duration as well as cost.

Moreover, it would also help me in improving my other skills as a manager, like communication skills, motivation skills, mentorship, etc.

It would also help me in getting some training in your experience of being the CEO of the organization.
