The term health can not be limited to presence or absence of ay medical condition or even the presence of an athletic body. Health according to me encompasses a physical, emotional, social, spiritual and finacial asoect in the life of a human being. These are the five pillars that balance the aspect of health and provide an individual an opportunity to lead a full, happy and purposeful life. Below mentioed are the reasons to explain and define health.

1. Physical Health: Physical health encompasses the aspects related to the person's physical body. The absence diseases/ailments to the body in physical terms such as absence of injury, restrictive surgeries, physical disabiity, cardiovasular consitons, etc. occurance og any physical consitions can have impact on the overall health of the person.

2. Emotional Health: Emotions play a key role in the experience of life and good health in a person. if and when we have postive emotions and eemotioal support from the loved ones we have the belief of oversoming all the obstacles we face. hence having a good emotional health helps us in oversoming isses affecting our overall health.

3. Social Health: As we know man is a socal animal and the support of the social group, family and community is essential not only for survival but also for maintianing a healthy life and individual health of a person. The social health determines the attachment and cooperation that a person recieves along his lifetime. The person with good social health is known to live a life not in only serive of self but contriute towards the society and experience the altruistic satisfaction.

4. Spiritual Health: Spiritual health is the recent factor that came into recogition and plays the most significant role in the psychological well-being of the person. The spiritual connection with god/higher power/beief system provides a person with a thought process to lead a fuller life in a way that is concerete and sustainable in terms of helping to maintina good health in a person.

5. Economic Health: Economic health refers to the minimal essential wealth/money/finance required by a person to live his life to buy or procure the resouce to live a happy and fulfilling life. Economic health is a tricky asect as more or less wealth does not correlate to happiness and good economic health. Good economic health is a minimum essential but not too low to lead a good and healthy life.

So, an amalgamation and balance of the five pillars i.e., Physical, Emotional, Social, Spiritual and Economic aspects are my definition of good health. Health usually is referred in terms of presence/absence of disease or psychologcal terms but other factors also play a key role in defining health and above mentioned pillars are key in definition of health.
