Organizations today needs to be very much effective in their approach towards doing business because the level of competition is very high in the field of industry and in order to survive, organizations cannot afford to make a mistake at any cost because one mistake will imply that there is a loss to the organization. I believe that organizations needs to remain competitive in their approach ion the industry and the reason is quite obvious. In addition to make profit and generating revenue organization need to be ethical and have a value based culture which will provide ethical stability and consideration of ethics while taking any decision. Ethics is very important in today's world of doing business and the corporates are the organizations who have to maintain such an equivalent culture in order to be successful.
The corporate organizations also preach about the concept of transparency and they need to be transparent enough so that their functions are clear and visible to all. Decisions taken by the organizations should have proper reasoning behind the same and the organization's stakeholders should be aware of the same and there should not be any issue or discrepancy based on the same. This will help the organization in maintaining a culture which is very much rich and effective for the organization itself. It can be stated that ethical governance and transparency will help the organization achieve organizational stability in terms of factors other than revenue and finance related factors.
