In 250 words or more, A research based discussion of the components of organizational stability. How are they are evident in the organization?
Here I am describing The component of organizational stability and how they are evident.
There are six important components available to make any organizational stability.
The components are – 1> Organizational Identity
2> Long-term strategy
3> Annual plan for organization operation
4> Financial plan
5> Plan for fundraising from others
6> Team development plan
Now I want to tell that how they are evident.
1> Organizational Identity – Every organization needs to make an identity in the market. This identity means vision, mission, and values of an organization. These three things give us the proof of their existence.
Every organizational identity built on their look and message.
2> Long-term strategy - Every organization have to make a long-term strategic plan to make their stability. As it speaks their future mission, vision, and goals. All board of directors has to do meeting and make a long-term plan for next four/five years first. Then they can change the plan as per the market demand.
3> Annual plan for organization operation – This is a very important component of every organization as they have to make a one-year operational plan to set their objectives, work process etc. To make an annual plan every organization has to think about their current works and contracts. They have to make a plan for total work process setup, resources, and the timeline.
4> Financial plan – This plan is needed for setting up the number of works/projects and budget. This plan helps to monitor the financial strength and well-being of an organization.
5> Plan for fundraising from others – This plan is needed for every organization to keep their stability. As this funding helps to make their annual operational and long-term strategic plan. This fundraising strategy can be made after setting up the annual budget and future growth strategy. All staff members then identify and make potential donors and ask for donation/funding.
6> Team development plan – Every stable organization has a strong board of directors to make their strategic plan to meet their programmatic and fundraising goals. This board of directors has to hire good staff members and train them. As a well-trained team of staff members make a good work culture and help for the future growth of an organization.
I think that I have mentioned every component's importance to make an organizational stability.
