A member of INDEVCO Group, Sanita is a manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of household, institutional, and personal care products. In 1987, exports expanded in the region, supplying markets in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Sanita manufactures and markets a wide range of quality hygienic tissue, disposable and plastic products, Aluminum Foil and Cling film, Trash bags, Freezer bags, Liquid soap, wet wipes, cotton lines and Dispensers in compliance with Lebanese and international statutory and regulatory standards.

One example of structured process conducted by Sanita is the procurement of raw materials for manufacturing process. Another example of a structured process in Sanita is time keeping of the employees. Both the processes have a standard operating procedure, which is being followed by the company, on a regular basis.

A dynamic process is a flexible process, which gets influenced by the dynamic conditions of the environment. A dynamic process gets adapted to suit the changing needs of the internal as well as the external environment. An example of dynamic process is marketing activity of Sanita. Sanita studies the preference of the target customers and accordingly come up with marketing and promotional strategy for its products and services.
