A structured process is one which is quite formalized, has a standard operating procedure and is usually done step by step, in a regular manner. One example of structured process conducted by Sanita is the procurement of raw materials for manufacturing process. Another example of a structured process in Sanita is time keeping of the employees. Both the processes have a standard operating procedure, which is being followed by the company, on a regular basis.

A dynamic process is a flexible process, which gets influenced by the dynamic conditions of the environment. A dynamic process gets adapted to suit the changing needs of the internal as well as the external environment. An example of dynamic process is marketing activity of Sanita. Sanita studies the preference of the target customers and accordingly come up with marketing and promotional strategy for its products and services. The marketing strategy of the company also changes with the changing needs and trends of the industry.
