The strategy to manage the stakeholders for the water cube project is as below

• Detailed interaction with stakeholders to understand their expectations from the water cube project, so that project aligned as per the expectations of their stakeholders.
• Develop a plan for periodic project review and update with the stakeholders of the water cube project, so that they gets the timely required information for the project.
• Drive the water cube project as per the expectation of the stakeholders so that the project gets the best support from their stakeholders for smooth implementation of the project.

Purpose of a stakeholder management strategy: The purpose of stakeholder management strategy is to ensure that the project gets the right attention and support from the stakeholders to unblocks the major road blocks for the project, so that the project can be completed smoothly and avoid any potential issue or problem due to lack of proper support from the stakeholders.
