2. Communication: Another way is to facilitate better communication in the UPS cargo system. Make sure every move is being tracked and notified to the concerned stakeholders so that people could easily track down where the product reached and will be delivered to take other further steps in the generation of further actions.

3. Controlling and Feedback: Also, make sure the activities are being monitored and controlled effectively. The right feedback and process charts should be working in order to have the system's objectives in control, process in control and to achieve maximum effectivity and efficiency in the movement and distribution system.
