Sub: Revision of Internet usage policy

It has been observed that some employees access and operate their personal social media accounts and do other personal transactions using the computers and internet connectivity meant for company's business. Such practice is a violation of the usage policy of office assets. It not only affects the productivity of an employee, but also exposes our system to a variety of issues like cyber threats, copyright violation and legal risks besides creating an environment that is not conducive to effective and efficient work.

In order to improve the workplace productivity and prevent such consequences, It has been decided to institute a comprehensive internet usage policy at the workplace. The new policy is expected to be in place within 90 days. Commitment and support from all staff members is highly solicited.
