Subject : Suggestion for Improvements
Sir,
I, a frequent client in your café, have undersigned myself. I prefer your facilities compared to the other cafeteria because at affordable prices you serve the best quality food. Your rates are also very fair and therefore affordable. I appreciate the importance you add to the supportive and sanitary environment of the cafeteria. We prefer your services to those in our neighbourhood for this purpose.
However, I've found some of the issues. Your employees are always successful. In other words, during the day they are better than afternoon and evening hours. Secondly, customers have a high wait time because there are not enough seats for management of the peak time hour.
In order to resolve these issues, I would like to suggest a few improvements. Innovative approaches to inspire workers should be added. I was able to recruit additional workers to handle the hour of the evening peak. Arrange folding chairs for the evening and afternoon to satisfy extra customers. Better lighting in the cafeteria will also promote morality and encourage excitement in the community.
I wish you all the best and support the growth of your company. If you ask, I make sure that I am always prepared to offer my support and help you.
Yours truly,
ABC
