The HPO SCORES™ Model is an acronym that represents the six elements evident in every high performing organization. Briefly analyze these two elements: Shared Information and Open Communication & Shared Power and High Involvement. Also name the other four elements.
High Performance Organisation (HPO) Scores Model framework is a concept/tool used by organisations to assess the organisation's focus area for improving the organisational performance and industry sustainability. A High Performance Organisation is an organisation that achieves Financial and Non Financial merits exceedingly superior to other industry peers over a long term period by focussing on its core strengths in a disciplined manner.
The six parameters of HPO model are:-
(a) Shared Information and Open Communication: The organisational structure should be fluid i.e flow of information across all the departments/processes should be fluent and all relevant information be easily accessible to the employees to enable them to do their jobs effectively.
Open communication empowers employees with the important plans and crucial decision of the company so that the employee feels always motivated to be part of the important managerial decisions.

(f) Shared Power and High Involvement: Employee empowerment leads to employee feeling motivated to be stakeholder in the organisation and always working towards the best interest of the company. Sharing of power makes employees important in decision making process which effects them and this instills a sense of ownership in them. In such cases employees always work in the best interest of the company.
Involvement from all employees in the form of teams are sought where each team is highly engrossed in the whole process to collectively take important decisions about their works. High level of team involvement always ensures that each member in the team acts in the best interest of the company.
