If you were interviewing a candidate for the position of Chief Knowledge Officer, what are the 8 questions you would ask and what answers you would accept? Chief Knowledge Officer:
1. Have you ever worked under pressure?
Answer: I feel pressure is just a kind of word. If the pressure is felt then, of course, I have a long range of experiences. But, every time I treat them as a part of the work to be done effectively rather than thinking of it.
2. What about your work experience as a chief knowledge officer?
Answer: I have 15 years of long experience in working with computers; I am holding a degree in network support. I have made 5 computers and handed several teams to function the work controllability and maintain the timely delivery to the clients.
3. Can you Introduce yourself?
Answer: I am Mr. XYZ; I am a networking engineer expert working at ABC as a Chief Knowledge Officer with 15 years of work experiences. I have many prior working experiences in the same domain. I am having the 1st class degree in network support from XYZ University and I have the keen interest in watching movies, playing games and surfing internet that are the parts of my hobbies.
4. Why shall we hire you?
Answer: My previous job role is relevant to the job profile which I have come for the interview today. I think as per my working experiences if I get this opportunity then I can give maximum effort to your company and also can bring the maximum growth.
5. What is the reason behind for leaving your current company?
Answer: Basically I want a career growth to explore my skill with the upcoming challenges and new opportunities that are somehow lagging in my present company. I have seen your company gives an ample of opportunities to the employees, and I feel that I will also get the opportunity to excel my career with yours in a longer-term goal making process.
6. What position do you expect after five years?
Answer: As your company gives an ample of resources to flourish and excel in career path. I can expect a long-term goal making with your company. Position exactly cannot be defined by me, I think sustaining longer with the highest productivity and efficiency in work is the key aspect of the good position.
7. How much salary do you expect?
Answer: Salary is not a factor. I consider more on learning activities and increase the work efficiency with the high level of performance by fulfilling the long-term goals. But, if it is to be mentioned then I would say to hike at a desirable percentage that you feel as per my knowledge as experiences.

Answer: Yes, I want to know about the next phase and when to expect from your side about the position.
