What is Discrimination?
What is Motivation?
Discrimination:
Discrimination is the attitude to differentiate a person based on its color, religion, race, age, gender etc. This is against the Equality act and can be treated as an unlawful act. Discrimination can be direct, indirect and discrimination by association. Sexual harassment can be a type of discrimination and as it is gender biased it is a severe act against law. When persons believe that they are being discriminated based on the above-said criteria they can take the help of judiciary to prove their equality.
Motivation:
Motivation is the stimuli that are being created by an individual or a group to an individual or a group to achieve something which they believe they can't. It is a process of creating interest towards something by making them believe and rewarding time to time. Most of the organizations adopt this method to motivate employees and achieve targets easily. It requires a strong ability to persuade people by showing them the right path and making them taste success.
