I am working as a branch manager in my company. Being a manger it is very important to showcase ethical behaviour in your department. In my opinion it is very important for any manager to bring in culture of ethical use of information in your working area because you are the role model of many people working under you. If you are not serious in your work then how could you expect from others to perform the same.

In my office of we found doing any unethical work in our office, we are supposed to throw out of the office by audit department. So it is very important on that note to make all people aware of these practices in the company.

I make sure to follow some of the steps to bring in culture of ethical use of information:-

1. Trust it or not, numerous individuals don't comprehend what's in danger on the off chance that they don't play out their occupations in a moral, responsible way. Furthermore, moral breaches are anything but difficult to make, particularly when the corporate culture gives a wink and a gesture to untrustworthy conduct.

2. On the off chance that the arrangement of board individuals does exclude insight and respectability, their fortune and impact regularly convert into a risk instead of a benefit. Also, the record demonstrates numerous an association continuing much agony due to poor (for absence of a superior word) board administration.

3. Overviews demonstrate that an expansive level of workers who see unfortunate behaviour don't talk up either in light of the fact that they trust their bosses won't make a move or dread that they will confront striking back in the event that they report what they saw. This faltering has a tendency to make an undesirable, in danger workplace.

4. Make sure that you can record to your funders for how your association spent their cash; even better, how their blessings had any kind of effect in helping you accomplish your main goal.
