Expert Solution

1) Spermiogenesis: It is the final stage of spermatogenesis where the formation of spermatozoana takes place from immature spermatid. Spermatid is rounded in Shaped containg centriole, golgy apparatus, mitochondria etc. It begins with spermatid and ends with mobile spermatozoa.

2)Spermatogenesis: It us the process of formation of spermatozoa from spermogonial stem cells by the miosis or mitosis process. The difference is that the spermatogenesis consists of one step called spermiogenesis for formation of mobile spermatozoa from spermatid.

3) The main Difference between spermatogenesis and Oogenesis is sex. Spermatogenesis takes place in males while Oogenesis takesplace in females.
