Following are the five benefits of using a travel agent rather than booking our own Travel plan:

• The Travel agents have a better idea if the deal offered to the Travelers are actually good or not, whereas we, as Travelers, may only have a relative idea of the same. For eg., when booking for flights online through some travelling website, it may only show us the list of the prices available of the same flight on the same day whereas the Traveling agent may have the actual idea whether the featured prices are indeed the sorted as per the cheapest rates or if could be availed at a cheaper rate from elsewhere.
• The Travel agents may have the local tie-ups with someone in the city or the place of our visits or know the intermediaries who are aware with the city well. This helps us, as an individual, to get a broader idea of the place of visit than we could have otherwise.
• In case of any issues in the travel plan such as the delay of the Flight or cab booked, the sudden issues with the Boarding place while on travel, etc., the Traveling agent may intimate us beforehand and ensure alternative arrangements are also in place.
• The local tie-ups can help you fetch a competitive price than we may otherwise, especially at the time of peak season, where getting an availability of air tickets, lodging, etc. is itself a matter of concern.
• Over-all, a hassle free experience is bound to happen because they try to ensure that the arrangements are all ready before we reach the site. The Guide options, the meals, the travelling sites, are all taken care upon by them thus making our travel more peaceful, tension-free and enjoyable.
