Correspondence bias means the tendency to make inferences about enduring and unique dispositions of a person from behaviors which can be fully explained by the circumstances in which they arise. We tend to view directly a correspondence between personalities and action of others.

Self Serving bias is the common tendency of human to attribute successes of one to personal atribute, and failures of one to factors beyond control of one. The cause which people tend to personalize the success is due to which it aids their self-esteem levels.
