troublesome issues that have emerged in the advancement of APRN
practice,.These issues in APRN include: 1) the clear role
development and morphed to fill gaps in services; 2) the lack of

How can APRN s encourage nursing-based outcome studies?
1) Because the aprn perform a very advanced and evidence based care to the pts and has to do more work when there is a shortage of doctors or physicians and the nurses are filling the gaps due to this shortage this causes the role change means the aprn has their own roles and they also perform the roles of the others which put burden on them. The development and morphing of roles based on gaps are really a problematic for aprn due to overburdening and role changes. The aprn nurse can delegate the less important work to subordinates or RN and she can take the work of physician in case of shortage.
2) The APRN nurses has a special or advanced knowledge and has a ability to decision making for a pt and other nurses has not training to make a decision for pt And APRN makes the analysis of the pts data and then she decides how to provide evidence based care to pt other nurses simply implement the care plan for the pt without analysing the pt data . This might be important because it spcifies the role of different nurses in the hospital, it also makes plan to which nurse should be posted in the critical unit etc
The aprns can implement the nursing outcome in the real situations and the results of these action can ultimately encourage the other to accept these outcomes and practices The research also refines the new practices and eliminate the less efficient ones and when the results are dessiminated in a logical way to others it can encourage them to practices these things in the repected organizations
