PROS:

• It is generally understood that the nursing professionals will continue to grow more and have a great job security and underscores the need for clinicians.
• One of the most satisfying things is about being a nurse practitioner will give a job satisfaction by fully taking care of patients and develop treatment plan in partnership with them.
• Mentor oppurtunities will be more,by ultimately help train and educate freshers within the profession.

CONS:
