1) The importance of realising the strategic plans and reasons include the importance in developing and fulfilling the goals in the company, implementation of products, development of infrastructure, need for realizing the necessary strategic steps and procedures for the approval and validation of the projects, effective communication and distribution of work among the friends and colleagues in the company. The leadership qualities should be implemented for the successfull working in an organization. The goals should be decided within limits and in a specific time frame to understand the need of the cutomers and to maintain the quality standards of the manufacturing of the products in the company. The recent trends and investments in the market over the previous years should be properly studied and analyzed with the help of statistics, the money invested, profits and gains from the investment should be analyzed over a specific time period in years.
2) The mission statement is set by the ruling head or the Director of the organization before starting the recruitment process in a working organization. This incudes the set of goals, principles, rules and regulations which need to be implemented for the effective working in an organization. This includes the setting up of the plans ,policies and strategic investment ties with share holdings for the benefit of the organization.
3) The communicator has the role to deliver the set of rules and regulations of the mission statement set up by the organization. He has to provide training to the recruitment staff for the effective functioning, setting up of goals, comparison and quality control of the requirements and demands of the customers in the society as well as an analysis of the investments and partnerships for the benefit of the firm.
4) The possible mistakes a leader can make in strategic planning include the lack of committment on the behalf of the director to look and listen the problems of the small employee staff, lack of motivation to communicate wit hthem as they are small and belong to lower class families, lack of desire to promote or motivate the employee, lack of salary hike and increments after putting in the hard work for many years, lack of dedication to support the staff during troubled times and lack of support to solve the communication gap, ego problem and arguments among the employees to gain power and authority in a proper way. It can just be viewed as a misunderstanding with lack of motivation among the employees to serve and dedicate towards work or lack of committment to adhere to their educational background obligations and objectives.
5) The ways of avoiding and addressing these mistakes are that the head should regularly visit his company, he should be vigilant and should regularly interact with the employees, he should listen carefully to their problems, he should provide proper environment and atmosphere with world class infrastructure for the effective working in the organization, the quality control should be analyzed, meetings with the employees should be held, the distribution of work and job requirements should be carefully distributed according to the educational back ground and requirements.
