WRONG DECISION ARE AT RISK

There are many employee that are very good at decision making, but many a time it seems to be wrong, but the outcome of that decision benefits the company and thus it tends to wrong decision making, but good consequences. Here we will discuss about the employee who nakes wrong decision, and we will also discuss about why good decision making employee makes bad decision.

1. Employee feels like there are cog in the machine:- Many employee works hard enough to achieve all their goals and succeed in their life, but when that employee works in a huge organization or business with lots of competition and huge work loads on them, they find themselves as cog in the machine, means they assume themselves as a minor individual in a large firm, thus it leads to self confidence in themselves, which tends to a wrong decision making, but as they are good in decision making and really a hard worker, then probably their decision is going right, since it is not the end, because the outcome still needs to be shown, so till that time the decision is considered as wrong, while the other employees consider it as a wrong decision and the higher dignitories can also consider it the same until and unless it declares as good consequences.

2. Time pressure force them to fail :- When there are hugh targets on to the employees, then they need to hurry for completion of the provided task, they had to manage time everywhere and thus it goes wrong for them employee to make correct decision because of time pressure, thus it can also go for wrong decision and other employee along with the dignatories will consider it as wrong decision until it termed as good consequences.

3. Winner vs Loser battle :- In every firm there is always a competiton among the winner and loser, basically it is wrong to consider any employee winner or loser, everyone should be considered as equal, but the employees have a different type of mind set which takes the to a lead of wrong decision making and thus the administrator will consider unprevailed till is termed as good consequences.

Basically for all the reason, each employee who make wrong decision are at high risk, because the number of times they will make wrong decision, their job and stability are at risk, so all the employees should keep these points in mind and lessen up their work load to be in a risk of making wrong decision, but it can go to a good consequences.
