Answer:

House construction is a long process which involves many subprocesses in which each process is done by different workers and all these processes should be done in a sequence.

Answer 1. Following are the different kinds of worker required to design, build and move into house:

1. Architects and Architectural technologies: Architects design the structure, while architectural technologists ensure that the technical aspects of a design work. This involves a proper designing of a structure with size and measurement of each room by an architect.

2. House Service Engineer:  They ensure that the lighting, power, ventilation, heating, cooling and water systems work. They ensure that designs are put into practice correctly. They are the mechanical engineers. This includes plumbers to ensure fitting of taps and other piping inside a house, electricians to ensure electricity connectivity and proper insulated wiring inside house.

3. Civil Engineer: Civil and structural engineers tend to work either in an office on the technical aspects of designs or out on site making sure that the designs are implemented properly.

4. Landscape Architect: Aim to improve the quality of the environment by designing and managing the open spaces around us. They design and create public areas in towns, cities and the countryside.

5. Quantity surveyors: They are involved in working out either how much the design would cost to build in theory or how much the project is costing to build in reality.

6. Site Manager: Ensure things get done on a construction site. They make sure that the building work is finished on time, within budget and to a high standard, managing teams of workers.

7. Contractors: They build the project once the designs have been finalised. Professionals who work for contractors spend most of their time working out on site.

8. Consultant: which look after the pre-construction stages of a project on behalf of a client who wants something built. Professionals who work for consultants spend their time helping to plan and design the project.

Answer 2:

These jobs cannot be done by one person because there are number of processes in which each process need to have knowledge and experience. So, here we can say that everyone is not perfect in everything as the work done by architect cannot done by an electrician and work done by workers cannot be done by consultant. And house construction is a long and complex process where you need a team of workers and consultants which provides proper guidance related to everything which comes in the process of house construction. If you think that everything can be done by a one person only than it become a very long and bulky process and i should say that this cannot be possible.I mean how can only one person manage all the processes comes under house construction. So, this is the reason.

Hope this will be helpful for you good...................Thanks.
