theories:
• Force Theory
According to this theory formation of state occur with the use of
force.
One or multiple people of group claim authority over the
state.
The regime of Adolf Hitler was in Germany is a good example of
it.
Lack of social and individual freedom, cultural and racial
discrimination are the main disadvantages of this theory.
• Evolutionary Theory
According to this theory development of state occur over a time
period and step by step. It started with primitive form when a
single family created then it develops as a clan and tribe.
•Divine Right Theory
According to this theory formation of the state is formed by GOD.he gave the divine right to certain people of Royal birth to rule over the state.this theory still exists in European countries like England.
