The given two glands are two main glands present in the exocrine gland . These two glands has various function in our human body and it is completely differs from each other and even in its function.
1. Sudoriferous gland ;
Actually it is other name of sweat gland which is present in our
body surface, there are various role that are played by these gland
such as,
- keeping our body surface as a humid surface and preventing from
dryness
- regulating the internal body temperature status by leaking out
some fluids through some minute holes
present on the body surface.
- Also excreting some waste materials like salt content and other
things via sweating
2. Sebaceous gland ;
These kind of glands are present very closer or just below the hair root and through some little hole it continuously leaks some oily substance to the outer surface. These oily substance are essential for protecting our external hair and skin from all kind of serious exposure like sunlight or UV. One of the main role of these substance is providing a moisture surface to the area it present.
Although these glands are considered as exocrine gland their activities, roles and their location are varies from each other as like mentioned above.
