Leadership styles differ from one to one in every organization but there are few main strategies to follow to maintain a healthy leadership word as a leader. In an organization, all the team follows the styles of manager, and manager's leadership styles will be observed by the whole team to start following to maintain the same as a manager.

Leadership shouldn't be like a job, it should be worn and should show in actions.

The below mentions leadership strategys are the one one's which are important and I have seen in my manager as a leader and are important to make a great leader.

Here are a few important things which make a manager a great leader:

1) Communicating accordingly:

As a leader, one must be in a position to handle the whole employees should express and communicate with your employees about the organization's goals to finish the target. Leaders must take a one-one session with each employee, team meetings and whole organization meetings very often to understand the work how it is going and can even take few suggestions to avoid the faced challenges by employees in regards with the work progress which comes under listening (communication also includes listening). Leaders should always be available to the employees in the organization.

2)Monthly feedbacks/reports:

Being in a position of manager who is a leader must always do his duties like giving feedback every month to each employee should be mandatory to make the employee get to know how is his performance of the month is going what can be done to improve or if the employee is already good then appreciation should be given. Feedback or report should be openly discussed with one particular employee should be very clear about the performance. Making the employee understand his work and giving suggestions to improve their work so that the employee feels more comfortable sharing his opinions too. The performance of each employee should be monitored and should be given quality scores according to his performance too.

3)Taking Responsibilities:

In an organization, the team is under a manager so the manager being a leader for the whole team should take all the responsibilities of success as well as failures too. Accepting mistakes and working on it is what great leaders do instead of going in the wrong way.

4)Positivity:

Being positive as a leader creates a lot of positive vibes in any workplace. The manager should be positive a leader should always be positive with the team so that the team can work with interest. A leader should make the team or staff believe they work in a positive environment so that would make them be at the workplace truly. being friendly, empathetic with everyone spreads positivity among the workspace. A good leader will encourage the team which keeps the mind of employees positive to work on even they would put effort to finish the work.

5) Trustworthy and truthful nature:

Employees should feel comfortable sharing their opinions with the leader, this would only form when the leader is trustworthy. Leaders should only stand on what is right rather than getting into politics among the workspace. Leaders should be open and should be honest with the employees which will build trust between the employees and management.

6)Training(Refreshment training):

A lot to learn. Knowledge is unmeasurable so training should be must in every organization which should be given to the employees every must most like a refreshment training which should be all about the work, process, product knowledge, workspace ethics, company's policy's to make everyone remember all about the organization and to feel grateful to get to work by providing the vast knowledge about organization too.
