The All natural Tea project proposes to plan, design, construct and implement a structured business.

The vision of the project is to improve greater use of natural products for coffee and tea rather that man made products.

Increase the business by introducing consumers to all natural products that’s cost efficient.

Increase accessibility when all other teas shops are closed.

Increase awareness of various teas and how it benefits your health.

Increase sales and growth by providing reward incentives for becoming a loyal customer

Business Need

Why should we do this project? What will be gained, changed, or modified? Is there a financial or business reason to do this project? This area should contain any feasibility studies, NPV, PI, PB, or PBD used to advance the project.

All Natural Tea is a business that will allow customers to understand the major difference in natural products vs. man made products. However, this will be cost efficient because there will be tons of research and travelling in locating these natural products. It may instances where I, the project manager will do the worldwide travelling in retrieving sample products. Of course, we are a startup business because from personal experience, in order to be healthy and to stay healthy is to become a natural consumer.

My team and I do under that there is cost involved which will involve using a minor part of the budget. Once All Natural Tea launches, our business will not be just a place to buy natural products but to extend literature on why you as a consumer will make an educated guess on what will work them.

All team/upper echelons will be trained aside from their project positions on the major differences

Our budget for the tea shop will run around $2, 500,000. This is taking for granted that the customer has already rented a building and we will only be working on the actual business end.

All Natural Tea is a startup business and its focus is to provide the awareness to customers for the usage of natural products instead of manmade or artificial products. This project is a startup business because from personal experience, it is with the objective of : in order to be healthy and to stay healthy is to become a natural consumer.

Research will be done for this by retrieving variety of sample products worldwide.

Following are main objective of business :
