Estimated Costs-Estaimation of cost of the project that the practice of forecasting the cost completing the project with a define scope. Its the primary and essential element of project cost management,a knowledge area that involves planning, monitoring, and controlling a project's monetary costs. In covid-19 project biilions of dollar invested and investing how to eradicate and save the human from this killer virus.

Problem, Issue, Goals, Objectives, Deliverables:

Problem or Issue-While running the project many problems arrising like staff or suppliers, technical failures, material shortages – these might all have a negative impact on your project. In above project shortage of material like masks, sanitizers, medicines or vaccines. Also supporting staff like doctors, nurses etc like this. If the issue goes unresolved, you risk creating unnecessary conflicts, delays, or even failure to produce your deliverable. Now the situation like this lack of all.

Purpose of Project-The project must be purposeful,in covid-19 project is our sole purpse is remove covid-19 virus and save the worls at any cost.

Business Case- business case provides justification for undertaking a project, programme or portfolio. It evaluates the benefit, cost and risk of alternative options and provides a rationale for the preferred solution. In covid-19 case searching for alternative how to develop vaccine and medicines.

Expected Benefits-The xpectation from the project is getting benefit where the project successfully implemented. If covid virus completely remived the benefit for human being.

PROJECT RISKS, CONSTRAINTS, ASSUMPTIONS: Constraints and Assumptions are identified and documented at high-level during project initiation. They are inputs to many project management processes. Assumption analysis is a part of the risk management process. The project management plan needs to change if constraints change or assumptions are proven wrong. The access to all the resources you need to complete the project, both human and material. All equipment will be in working condition through the project cycle. The Common Constraints in Project Management The standard “Iron Triangle” of project limitations states three constraints: time, scope and budget. In above project many risks and constraints and assumptions involved to remove the virus.
