The major goal of requirements engineering is identification of the right product on the basis of the viewpoint of the end user of the product. Considering that every project is aimed at achieving maximization of profits and satisfaction of customer playing a key role Hindi demand and therefore profitability of the project, ensuring that the product meets every user requirement to ensure satisfaction is essential. Unless the user requirements not researched, analysed and implemented within a project it will not ensure success of the project as in result does not lead to user satisfaction. The exclusion of the users from the design process invites failure as various features which may have extreme relevance for the uses may not be implemented within the project. Given human nature and its resistance to change from existing systems to something new as well as, it's fear of acceptance of the new due to familiarity providing a sense of comfort as well as, security, any project which does not involve the end user may face severe resistance for adaptability and marketing and overall acceptance. It is very essential for all project managers to ensure that the hyphen in end-user involvement is very much in place, and does not become end user involvement.
