The second environmental influence is the use of clean and green technology that caused less pollution in recent times. It increased the quality of life and created value for the Americans. The approach of such technological innovations are also being spread to the different domains to increase value for the people. The third environmental influence is consideration of environment as an important stakeholders and making policies that promotes nature and ecology.

Besides, macro-economic environmental forces also brought influences such as rise in income per capita, reduced cost of health care and rising economic inequality. Some of the influences such as rising per capita income and reduced cost of health care add value to the Americans, but unequal distribution of resources affect negatively to the Americans.
