Middle adulthood is approximately from age 40 to 65 years. This is the time when they become parents and grandparents. So there might be several pressures being a parent. For those who are grandparents again they retrieve to their childhood days. So during the entire period, there are many ups and downs in their life. Although it is common for any age group, people especialy in their early 50s see the life of their children all the way that they have gone through and still have to take care of them as well as their own parents. But even if they lose something there is still potential to grab that back. So it creates a balance.

High blood pressure lead to stroke by damaging or weakening blood vessels in brain. Very high pressure can also cause blood clots in brain.

Crystalline intelligence and fluid intelligence are in the priority during middle adulthood. Crystallised intelligence tend to grow steadily while fluid intelligence start declining even before middle adulthood. This is because crystallised intelligence is about the informatiom, skills, techniques that people have gathered all through their lifetime. Whereas fluid intelligence, which is about basic information processing skill.

Fruits vegetable and statins help in lowering cholesterol in blood. Hence will help in more digestion and prevent from cardiovascular diseases. Spirituality and religious commitment might give the patients more emotional and mental strength rather than physical in fighting against such diseases and become mentally strong. Only if people have the willpower to fight back, ny physical ailments will work.
