Expert Solution

In earlier times, people adopted the barter system method wherein people used to exchange commodities instead of any currency. However, with the evolution in the system, coins and notes came into existence. Coins emerge out of metals, whereas notes emerge from the paper. It is comparatively harder to handle coins than letters because of the weight and texture of coins. There are many instruments that individuals use to sort and manage coins. However, the market and the world is shifting toward the digital currency. Because of technology and innovation, every country has different money because of differences in culture and boundaries. The states use the pictures of leaders and fighters of the company. For instance: India uses the image of Mahatma Gandhi on the currency. The individuals have to exchange the current through the way of foreign reserves while traveling abroad. The countries adopt and use their own money because they have to pass customs and traditions. People do not use coins usually because of its lower value, and heavier weight. Most countries have decided to demonetize the coins, and only keep denominations in the form of notes. The people shall learn to adapt to the digital era with minimum physical currency. Hence, the countries have their discretion on the money.
