Answer 1:

The training and development program that I have participated in was for the delivery of the technical knowledge as well as the knowledge on personality. Training and development program was basically to develop the technical skills among the individuals and to provide them with the practical knowledge of various aspects of the company.

First day started with the formal introduction with the team members and the trainers of the training and development program. Later, on the same day, we were being introduced about the various departments and the working procedures of the company.

On next day, we were being taught about the importance of the formal and informal communication and how it helps in networking. We were being shown the conflicts that have taken place in the company in last 2 years and how effective communication has helped the team leader and team members to effectively resolve the conflict. We were also being acquainted with the other example of effective communication in the context of team building and networking.

On next day, we were being exposed to various technologies that the organisation has exploited over the years and how the technological development has taken place over the years in the company. We were also acquainted with the benefits that the organisation has reaped over the years and we were also being demonstrated how these technological developments have benefitted the employees. We were being practically provided with the technological knowledge of the machineries and equipments and processes of the company.

The above training and development program was very beneficial as we have experienced that it has added the technical skills and personality development skills among the candidates who participated in the training and development program.
