The tourism industry can generate revenue for the country and help in economic development. The government can invest the revenue generated to boost the tourism industry. The third world country I am choosing is Cuba and it is a great tourist destination. Cuba is known for its attractive tourist destinations. The country is a home to many natural wonders and must visit places on earth. The tourism industry of Cuba gets 4.7 millioin visitors every year and it is one of the major sources of revenue for the country. the governement is aware of this fact and they have given importance to developing the infrastructure and to provide a secure environment for the visitors. The country is not very expensive to go on a holiday and the pricing is regulated by the government. This makes the country one of the best places to visit for tourism.
