A 7-year-old boy had recently started taking horseback riding lessons during his summer vacation. During a particularly rainy period, he did not take lessons for 2 weeks but started taking lessons again the following month. At the end of the summer, he started developing neck stiffness, fever, and mental confusion. He was taken to a hospital where a spinal tap was done and results were negative for bacterial meningitis. a. What disease is likely to have been the cause of this boy’s neurologic problems?
b. Name two aspects of his history that lead you to this conclusion.
c. What samples could be tested on this boy for confirmation of this disease?

A . In case of the result is Negative for Meningitis bacterial disease, there is also a neurological disease known as Encephalitis (Encephalitis is inflammation of the brain.The severity can be variable with symptoms including headache, fever, confusion, a stiff neck, and vomiting).
B. Aspect -1
The Neurological disease causing bacteria is negative I.e. Meningitis, whereas the same kind of characters appeared in absence of it.
Aspect-2
Encephalitis is as similar as meningitis disease , it's symptoms are favourable to neurological disease.
C. Based on symptoms, supported by blood tests, medical imaging, analysis of cerebrospinal fluid.
D. Wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants, Treat clothing and gear.
